General care

Follow the product-specific care instructions. Empty pockets, close fasteners and remove detachable components before cleaning. Allow fabric items to dry fully before storage. Do not use harsh cleaners unless the product instructions permit them.

Fit and safe use

Check fit before every use. Secure zippers, clips, buckles and internal tethers before moving. Never exceed the stated pet weight guidance. Replace any item with damaged seams, hardware, webbing, mesh or closures.

Support for product issues

If you believe an item has a manufacturing problem, contact support with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. We will review the product, age, condition, intended use and available resolution.

What is not covered

Normal wear, chewing, scratching, incorrect sizing, misuse, accidents, unapproved modification, improper cleaning and damage caused by ignoring product guidance are not manufacturing defects.
